As a primary law and FICA requirement, ID verification is required upon any engagement with a FICA related authority. Any Real Estate Agent, including Showday properties is a FICA authority. There should be no strangeness about presenting your ID for verification prior to engaging any Real Estate Agent, where you are engaging the Estate Agent to seek any form of assistance. Showday properties assists you to help you find the right property and protects both you as a Buyer and the Seller according to the legal requirements all parties are bound to adhere to as a basic necessity.

ID verification is therefore required by Showday properties for all prospective clients that it assists in the buying, selling or any other engagement process; this is the LAW. Sellers IDs are likewise also #verified to protect the Buyer. Showday properties adheres to laws and expects the same respectful compliance to the law when engaging the company at any level, including the adherence to the requirement for ID verification. With respect to all parties in the engagement process, prospective clients that do not comply with the law should not be engaging with Showday properties and we cannot assist persons that break the law; violating the law has dire consequences for the related person/s involved.
